This industrial vacuum cleaner is widely used, from routine cleaning to equipment integration, reflecting its professional quality. It completes suction of dust, iron filings, oil stains and welding slag in one pass, and can be used together with various equipment such as machine tools. It features strong suction, continuous non-stop operation, easy cleaning and long service life. Pulse reverse-jet cleaning is realized through an external air source, and a built-in air compressor is optional. The control switch adopts touch panel control with Schneider/Delixi control system, providing overheat, overload and phase-loss protection for safe and reliable operation. It supports self-defined control of dust collection equipment and pulse cleaning systems. Frequency can be set as required, with phase-loss protection, over-current protection and system interlock control for the motor. The suction motor is a CE-certified aluminum die-cast maintenance-free brushless high-pressure blower that can run continuously without stopping. A silencer tube is fitted at the air outlet for a quieter and more comfortable working environment. The dust collection tank is a 100L detachable stainless steel type with wheeled handle for easy cleaning. The filtration system adopts 1-3 filter cartridges made of imported polyester fiber membrane material with high filtration efficiency. An independent pulse control valve performs reverse-jet cleaning, and the pulse time interval can be customized for excellent cleaning results. The suction inlet is a 76mm-to-50mm aluminum die-cast inlet with stainless steel reducer, and the hose never twists or kinks. The cyclone separator side-suction design combined with the cyclone separator effectively reduces clogging and prevents liquid, dust and iron filings from blocking or damaging the filter.
