Before using the equipment, please read the product manual completely. Operators must undergo professional training to master the operation points before starting the machine for work. Do not start the machine for operation if the equipment is not fully assembled; check the overall condition of the machine before operation to ensure it is intact and without any abnormalities.
Preparation of the Work Area
Before conducting ground cleaning, remove large debris and garbage that may hinder the suction and scraping process from the site. This can improve the efficiency of the cleaning operation and effectively protect the components of the floor cleaning machine, reducing equipment wear and tear.
Key Points of Ground Cleaning Operation
For heavily soiled floors, you can repeatedly clean them multiple times or combine with suitable cleaning agents to enhance the cleaning effect.
When there is accumulated water after cleaning uneven floors, lift the brush disc, activate the water absorption function, and move the machine back and forth in the water area to drain the floor water.
Deeper grooves on the floor may reduce the water absorption effect; handle them flexibly based on the actual situation on site.
Equipment Operation Prohibitions
When the brush disc is raised, do not turn on the brush disc motor; this can prevent the brush disc from falling off and damaging it.
Maintenance and Care After Daily Work
① Wipe the exterior of the equipment, inspect the filter sponge. If there is water accumulation or accumulated dirt, remove it, clean it thoroughly, and then reinstall it in its original position after complete drying.
② Empty the sewage tank, rinse the sewage tank with clean water; if the dirt is severe, remove the sewage tank for thorough cleaning.
③ Raise the brush disc and suction plate, park the floor cleaning machine at a dry, ventilated, and flat location. Keep it away from open flames, flammable and explosive gases, liquids, and various chemicals. Store or charge it here.
④ Long-term storage: Thoroughly clean the water and sewage tanks, open the cover, ventilate and dry the equipment; for battery-powered floor cleaning machines, remove the battery and properly store the entire machine with a dust cover.
