DK-EX Explosion-Proof Three-Phase Industrial Vacuum Cleaner
The DK-Ex series features pulse reverse-jet cleaning and safety explosion-proof design. Compared with other industrial vacuum cleaners, it has a sturdy and durable structure and a wide power range. It is suitable for continuous operation in explosion-proof areas and with flammable and explosive dust, or for supporting industrial equipment. It is widely used in metal processing, aluminum and magnesium metal processing, batteries, foundries, electronics, 3D printing and other industries. For the explosion-proof motor power system, an internationally advanced explosion-proof precision-cast turbine blower (air pump) is adopted, featuring wide voltage and dual frequency, high reliability, low noise and long service life, capable of continuous 24-hour operation. For the explosion-proof electrical box control system, an explosion-proof electrical box is adopted, with Schneider brand electrical components for the internal AC contactor and thermal overload. It is a flameproof explosion-proof electrical box with explosion-proof marking: Ex d II BT4. For the pressure detection system, the negative pressure gauge is a standard standard-configuration component specially customized by Puhua Company for industrial vacuum cleaners. Green, blue and red respectively correspond to the internal negative pressure conditions of different power stages of the machine; when the pointer points to the red area, it indicates that the filter needs cleaning or replacement. The industrial casters are easy to install. The wheels adopt top-grade polyurethane (PU), the bracket adopts 2.5mm pickled plate with reinforcing ribs, and the wheel surface adopts a textured design to enhance anti-slip performance. The upper-lower tank separation structure is the standard configuration of this machine. When cleaning dust is needed, simply lift the pressure rod upward and the dust tank naturally falls to the ground; drag the dust tank with its own casters to dump the dust, then press down the pressure rod when finished.
